本实验对青梗、k326、红花大金元三个烟草品种进行淹水处理,研究烤烟受水涝胁迫后生长发育及抗氧化代谢的变化。结果表明:烤烟受水涝胁迫后,烤烟的茎高、倒三叶和倒4叶叶长叶宽、叶绿素体含量、抗氧化活性等指标均显著降低;且研究进一步认为烤烟对水涝胁迫最大承受时间是6d。
In this experiment, three tobacco cultivars such as Qingtiao, k326 and safflower Daikin were flooded to study the changes of growth, development and antioxidant metabolism of flue-cured tobacco after waterlogging stress. The results showed that after the waterlogging stress, the indexes of stem height, width and chlorophyll content, antioxidant activity and other indexes of flue-cured tobacco were significantly reduced. The study further considered that the flue-cured tobacco has the biggest waterlogging stress Bear the time is 6d.
