为探讨特定工艺制备的海带纤维的降脂作用。方法:选择健康雄性Wistar大鼠40只,在基础饲料 喂饲5d后,随机分为对照组及低、中、高3个纤维剂量组换高脂饲料喂饲。实验期28d,分别于实验开始前及开始 后第 14 d和第 28 d测定各组动物血清Th、W和 HDLC浓度。结果:实验前各组动物血清 TC、TG、HDL-C差异无显 著性。实验开始第14 d和第28d时大鼠血清TC浓度显著降低(与对照组相比P<0.05);TG和HDL-C水平分别有 一定程度的降低和升高。结论:海带纤维具有较强的降血脂作用。
In order to explore the lipid-lowering effect of kelp fiber prepared by a specific process. Methods: Forty healthy male Wistar rats were selected and fed with basal diet for 5 days. The rats were randomly divided into control group and low, medium and high doses of 3 fiber doses fed high fat diet. On the 28th day of experiment, serum concentrations of Th, W and HDLC in each group were measured before the beginning of the experiment and on the 14th day and the 28th day after the start of the experiment. Results: Before experiment, the serum TC, TG and HDL-C in each group had no significant difference. At the 14th day and the 28th day, the concentration of TC in the serum of the rats was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TG and HDL-C were decreased and increased to a certain extent. Conclusion: Kelp fibers have a strong hypolipidemic effect.
