提升管理,就是不断提高企业的内部协同度和组织效率,这是现代大型企业永恒的管理课题,企业也就是在不断打破旧的平衡和建立新的平衡中变得越来越强,越来越大的。“三协同”“五协调”实现集约经营集约经营就是要通过一系列的制度安排和考核牵引,使集团企业内部围绕企业战略高度协同起来,实现企业整体利益的最大化。集约经营、内生增长是未来10年二航局管理提升要面对的主要课题。笔者认为,集约经营、内生增长主要通过“三个方面的协同”和“五个方面的协调”来实现。
To improve management is to continuously improve the internal coordination and organizational efficiency of enterprises. This is an eternal management issue of modern large-scale enterprises. That is, enterprises become stronger and stronger as they constantly break old ones and build new ones big. The realization of intensive management The intensive management of an intensive management system means that through a series of institutional arrangements and examination and traction, the internal management of a group enterprise should be highly coordinated around the corporate strategy so as to maximize the overall interests of the enterprise. Intensive management and endogenous growth are the major topics to be addressed in the management and promotion of NOAA in the next 10 years. The author believes that intensive management and endogenous growth are mainly realized through “three aspects of coordination” and “five aspects of coordination”.
