目的:建立灯心止血糖浆的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层层析(TLC)法对川灯心草、绒毛龙芽草、铁苋菜作了定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了总没食子酸的含量。结果:没食子酸在0.628～3.14μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为1.14%。结论:建立的定性鉴别方法简便易行,含量测定方法准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a quality control standard for priming blood stasis syrup. METHODS: TLC method was used to identify qualitatively the genus Hedysarum, Eriobotrya glauca, and Amaranthus tricolor. The content of total gallic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.628-3.14 μg. The average recovery was 99.71% and the RSD was 1.14%. Conclusion: The established qualitative identification method is simple and accurate, and the content determination method is accurate and reliable.
