水稻呵气催花杂交法,具有两大优点:(1)工具简单,操作方便。只要有小镊子、小剪刀、纸袋、标签就行,不需热水瓶、温度计、钟表,贫下中农也能搞,有利于农村人民公社群众性育种工作的广泛开展;(2)安全可靠,成功率高。由于水稻开花最适温度为32℃,而人体温度一般为37.5℃,用口呵气的温度不超过35℃,故无损于花器。本所1968年至1970年配制161个组合,成功率达88％。
Rice breath Shuhua hybrid method, has two advantages: (1) the tool is simple, easy to operate. As long as there are small tweezers, small scissors, paper bags, labels on the line, without thermos, thermometers, watches, poor middle peasants can engage in, is conducive to rural people’s communes mass breeding work carried out extensively; (2) safe, reliable and high success rate. As the rice flowering optimum temperature of 32 ℃, while the body temperature is generally 37.5 ℃, the temperature of mouth gas does not exceed 35 ℃, it does not damage the flower. The Institute made 161 combinations from 1968 to 1970 with a success rate of 88%.
