采用化工机械搅拌机的原理,设计了矿用灌浆防灭火胶体制备机。针对独特的匀质粉煤灰溶液,基于Fluent仿真软件,采用MRF方法对胶体制备机内部流场进行数值模拟,得出不同参数对内部流场的影响情况。仿真结果表明起混合作用的双叶片上下交叉布置的搅拌机,叶片间距对混合效果影响较大,分析推导出叶片间距最佳值。
Using the principle of chemical machinery mixer, the design of mine grouting fire extinguishing gel preparation machine. Aimed at the unique homogeneous fly ash solution, the flow field inside the colloid preparation machine was numerically simulated by MRF method based on Fluent simulation software, and the influence of different parameters on the internal flow field was obtained. The simulation results show that the effect of the mixing distance is greatly influenced by the distance between the blades, which is the effect of mixing the two blades up and down. The optimum value of the blade spacing is deduced.
