目的了解山东省疾病预防控制机构人力资源现况,为制定人才队伍建设政策提供科学依据。方法应用调查表,对山东省省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构2014年人力资源现况包括1编制、数量、年龄、学历、职称等进行普查。结果全省三级疾控机构现有人员数量均未超编,专业技术人员所占比例省市县三级分别为89.38%、87.81%、87.18%;全省疾控机构人员年龄构成以30~39岁、40~49岁2个年龄段为主;学历构成以本科为主;职称以中级为主,高级、中级、初级、无职称人员比例为1.2∶3.6∶2.7∶2.5。结论山东省疾控机构人员数量不足,专业技术人员比例符合国家标准,学历结构较为合理,年龄结构相对合理,职称构成有待优化,能力建设有待加强。
Objective To understand the current situation of human resources of disease prevention and control institutions in Shandong Province and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the policy of building qualified personnel. Methods The questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the status of human resources in 2014, including the establishment, number, age, education level and professional title of the disease prevention and control institutions at provincial, municipal and county level in Shandong Province. Results There was no overstaffing of the number of personnel in CDC in the province at present. The proportions of professional and technical personnel were 89.38%, 87.81% and 87.18% respectively in provincial, prefecture and county levels. The age structure of CDC members in the province was 30-39 Year-old, 40-49 years of age two age-based; academic composition to undergraduate-based; job title to intermediate-based, senior, intermediate, junior, non-title staff ratio of 1.2: 3.6: 2.7: 2.5. Conclusion The number of disease and control agencies in Shandong Province is insufficient, the proportion of professional and technical personnel meets the national standard, the educational structure is reasonable, the age structure is relatively reasonable, the composition of titles needs to be optimized and the capacity building needs to be strengthened.
