目的研究西洋参茎叶的三萜皂苷成分。方法采用多次柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果从西洋参茎叶中分离纯化了8个皂苷类化合物,经结构鉴定,分别为:24(R)-Ocotillol苷元(1),拟人参皂苷RT5(2),人参皂苷Rd(3),拟人参皂苷F11(4),人参皂苷Re(5),20(S)-人参皂苷Rh1(6),20(R)-人参皂苷Rh1(7),25-OH-20(R)-人参皂苷Rh1(8)。结论化合物6,7为对映异构体,化合物8为首次从西洋参茎叶中分离得到的人参皂苷类成分。
Objective To study the composition of triterpene saponin in American ginseng stem and leaf. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by multiple column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy. Results Eight saponins were isolated and purified from the stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolius L. The structures were identified as 24 (R) -Ocotillol aglycone (1), ginsenoside RT5 (2), ginsenoside Rd (3) Ginsenoside F11 (4), Ginsenoside Re (5), 20 (S) -ginsenoside Rh1 (6), 20 (R) -ginsenoside Rh1 (7), 25-OH-20 (R) (8). Conclusion Compounds 6 and 7 are enantiomers. Compound 8 is the first ginsenoside component isolated from the stems and leaves of American ginseng.
