以8-羟基喹林铝(AIQ)为主体材料,通过4(Dicyanomethylen)-2-methyl-6-(P-dimethylaminostyryl)-4H-pyran(DCM)红色发光材料的掺杂,制备了AIQ:Rubrene:DCM体系的高效率、高亮度的红色电致发光器件。器件结构为ITO/N,N’-Di-【(1-naphthalenyl)-N,N’-diphenyl].(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4’-diamine(NPB)/AIQ:Rubrene(3%):DCM(3%)/AIQ/Mg:Ag/A
