本文研究了氧化对三种不同尺寸填料(20、75和200微米)和不同工艺(等静压、模压和挤压)的多晶石墨热膨胀系数的影响;结合氧化使强度和模量的降低,研究分析了氧化对多晶石墨抗热冲击性能的综合影响。研究表明,多晶石墨的热膨胀系数与孔隙率、开孔率和闭孔率无关,但与晶面层间距和填料尺寸有关。氧化使多晶石墨热膨胀系数降低。20%的氧化失重使不同类型的多晶石墨的热膨胀系数降低5—20%,轻微的氧化降低了多晶石墨的抗热冲击性能。
In this paper, the effects of oxidation on the thermal expansion coefficients of polycrystalline graphite with three different sizes of fillers (20,75 and 200 μm) and different processes (isostatic pressing, compression and extrusion) were investigated. The oxidation and oxidation resulted in the decrease of the strength and modulus, The impact of oxidation on the thermal shock resistance of polycrystalline graphite was investigated. The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of polycrystalline graphite has nothing to do with the porosity, open porosity and closed porosity, but it is related to the interplanar distance and filler size. Oxidation decreases the thermal expansion coefficient of polycrystalline graphite. A 20% oxidative weight loss reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion of different types of polycrystalline graphite by 5-20%, and slight oxidation reduces the thermal shock resistance of polycrystalline graphite.
