目的了解江苏省中学生健康相关知识掌握情况,为进一步开展针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采用二阶段整群抽样方法抽取5 482名中学生为调查对象,以5个领域的健康知识作为调查内容进行自填式问卷调查。结果全省中学生健康行为和生活方式、疾病预防、心理健康、生长发育和青春期保健以及安全应急与避险这5个领域的知晓率分别为79.4%、80.6%、96.1%、86.6%和96.2%;男、女生5个领域健康知识知晓情况比较,健康行为和生活方式、心理健康、生长发育以及安全应急与避险的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);苏南、苏中、苏北中学生5个领域的健康知识知晓情况比较,健康行为和生活方式、疾病预防、心理健康以及安全应急与避险的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);对13个市中学生健康知识掌握情况进行主成分分析,运用综合评价函数进行排序,扬州市排名全省各市之首。结论江苏省中学生健康知识知晓现状良好,但全省中学生的健康教育水平发展不平衡,在性别和区域间存在差异。
Objective To understand the health-related knowledge of middle school students in Jiangsu Province, and to provide basis for further targeted health education. Methods A total of 5 482 middle school students were enrolled in the two-stage cluster sampling method, and self-administered questionnaires were conducted based on the questionnaire survey. Results The awareness rate of middle school students’ health behaviors and lifestyle, disease prevention, mental health, growth and development, adolescent health care, safety emergency and hedging were 79.4%, 80.6%, 96.1%, 86.6% and 96.2% ; There were significant differences in health knowledge and behavior between the male and female students in the five fields (P <0.01); there was significant difference between healthy behavior and life style, mental health, growth and development, safety emergency and hedging (all P <0.01) The differences of health knowledge and lifestyle, disease prevention, mental health and safety emergency and hedge between five areas of junior high students in northern Jiangsu were statistically significant (all P <0.01) Knowledge of the situation of the principal component analysis, the use of comprehensive evaluation function for sorting, Yangzhou ranked first in the province’s cities. Conclusion The current situation of health knowledge of middle school students in Jiangsu Province is good. However, the level of health education among middle school students in Jiangsu province is not balanced. There are differences in gender and region.
