目的:文章旨在探究儿科门诊就诊患儿疾病的种类以及分布特点,为儿科门诊治疗提供可靠依据,提升其诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析浙江省湖州市中心医院2012年12月~2014年12月儿科门诊的110 500例患儿临床资料,总结分析患儿疾病种类以及分布特点。结果:儿科门诊患儿感染性疾病89 520例,占81.01%,其中以呼吸道感染性疾病最多。患儿非感染性疾病17 870例,占16.17%,其中以消化系统疾病较多。儿科门诊传染性疾病就诊人数为3110例,占2.81%,其中病毒性传染病居多,前三位疾病为流行性感冒、手足口病、轮状病毒肠炎。所有就诊患儿中新生儿疾病占0.95%,患病最多的为新生儿高胆红素血症、早产儿以及新生儿窒息。就诊患儿发病时间以11月份居多,2月份较少。结论:全面了解儿科就诊患儿疾病种类及分布特点十分重要,儿科门诊应当做好感染性疾病诊疗工作,尤其是呼吸道感染性相关的疾病,非感染疾病及病毒性传染病的诊疗也应当重视,以全面提升儿科门诊诊疗水平。
Aims: The purpose of this article is to explore the types and distribution characteristics of pediatric outpatient pediatric diseases and provide a reliable basis for pediatric outpatient treatment and to improve their diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 110 500 pediatric outpatients from December 2012 to December 2014 in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were analyzed retrospectively. The types and distribution of diseases were summarized. Results: There were 89 520 cases of infectious diseases in pediatric outpatients, accounting for 81.01%, of which respiratory tract infectious diseases were the most. 17 870 cases of non-infectious diseases in children, accounting for 16.17%, of which more digestive diseases. The number of outpatient infectious diseases pediatric clinic was 3110 cases, accounting for 2.81%, of which the majority of viral infectious diseases, the top three diseases are influenza, hand-foot-mouth disease, rotavirus enteritis. All infants accounted for 0.95% of newborns, with the most common being neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, premature infants and neonatal asphyxia. The onset of treatment in children in November mostly, less in February. CONCLUSION: It is very important to fully understand the types and distribution of diseases in pediatric pediatric patients. Pediatric outpatient departments should do a good job in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, especially the respiratory tract related diseases. Non-infectious diseases and viral infectious diseases should also be treated with attention. To comprehensively improve the pediatric outpatient clinic level.
