卡尔·罗杰斯作为近代最伟大的人本主义心理学家,他将自己的临床心理咨询疗法“以病人为中心”运用到教育之中,提出了独具特色的人本主义教育理论。人本主义教育理论认为,真正的教育须抛弃传统的教育理念,以人为本,以学生为中心,重视学生情感、兴趣与动机的发展,构建“真诚、理解与信任”的师生关系,鼓励学生自我学习,自我体验,自我发展。这些观点值得借鉴,对重新构建和完善我国高职德育提供了理论依据。
As the greatest humanistic psychologist in modern times, Carl Rogers applied his own clinical psychological counseling and therapy to patient education and put forward unique humanistic education theory. Humanistic education theory holds that true education must abandon the traditional educational concept, take people as the center, take the students as the center, attach great importance to the development of students’ emotions, interests and motives, and build a “teacher-student relationship” of “sincerity, understanding and trust” and encouragement. Students self-learning, self-experience, self-development. These views are worth learning from, providing a theoretical basis for reconstructing and perfecting our higher vocational moral education.
