目的评价中学生预防艾滋病健康教育效果,为开展相关研究提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,以不记名自填式答卷方式,对深圳市宝安区750名中学生预防艾滋病健康教育前后情况进行对比分析。结果艾滋病健康教育后,26项艾滋病相关知识的知晓率显著高于教育前,艾滋病相关态度平均得分也有了显著提高,但某些态度问题改善状况不佳。结论在进行学校艾滋病知识健康教育的同时应注重学生思想态度的改变并结合青少年性教育、性道德和法制教育;播放艾滋病宣传片和课堂讲授是预防艾滋病健康教育的较好形式,学校应争取以生动有趣的宣传形式将艾滋病健康教育纳入课程。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on prevention of HIV / AIDS among middle school students and provide the basis for carrying out relevant research. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to analyze the situation before and after AIDS prevention education for 750 middle school students in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City by means of anonymous self-explanatory questionnaire. Results After AIDS health education, the awareness rate of 26 AIDS-related knowledge was significantly higher than before education, and the mean score of AIDS-related attitudes also increased significantly, but some attitude problems were not improved well. Conclusions At the same time, we should pay attention to the changes of students’ attitudes and attitudes to sex education, sexual morality and legal system education while carrying out AIDS health knowledge education in schools. To broadcast AIDS videos and class lectures is a better form of AIDS health education. Schools should strive for Vivid and interesting forms of publicity to integrate AIDS health education into curricula.
