我校是一所农村镇中心小学,下属8所完小。相比于中心校,8所完小无论是设施条件还是师资力量都相对薄弱,学校管理与教育质量相对较差。因此,如何充分利用中心校体制的优势,提高管理效能,解决中心校与完小发展不均衡的现状,是学校全面提升教育质量,实现规模发展的关键环节。为了实现优化、高效管理,我们确立了农村中心校“1+X”管理模式。“1”指中心校,“X”指完小,“+”指中心
Our school is a rural town center elementary school, under the 8 completed. Compared with the central school, 8 finished small, both the conditions of facilities and teachers are relatively weak, the quality of school management and education is relatively poor. Therefore, how to make full use of the advantages of the central school system, improve the management efficiency, and solve the imbalanced development between the central school and the small ones are the key links for the school to comprehensively enhance the quality of education and realize the scale development.
