为考察卷烟烟丝的质量变化趋势,采用顶空气相色谱质谱联用法(HS-GC/MS)检测不同品牌、不同批次卷烟烟丝中50种挥发性特征组分含量(质量分数),结合主成分分析-马氏距离(PCA-MD)统计方法对检测数据进行处理并进行质量趋势分析。结果表明:(1)C品牌5个批次卷烟烟丝样品可分成5类,且2015与2016年烟丝特征组分含量波动较大;2016年7—10月份的烟丝中50种挥发性特征组分含量基本一致,仅8月份出现细微波动。该变化趋势与烟丝配方调整的情况一致。(2)2015年C、D品牌烟丝样品中特征组分含量的差异较大,表明可以用PCA对不同品牌质量特征进行定性描述。(3)C、D品牌烟丝样品间的马氏距离较大,D品牌的马氏距离是C品牌的5~10倍,表明可以用马氏距离对卷烟烟丝质量波动状况进行定量表征。该研究结果可用于卷烟产品的均质化评价。
In order to investigate the quality change trends of tobacco shreds, 50 volatile components (mass fractions) in different brands and batches of tobacco shreds were detected by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC / MS) Analysis - Mahalanobis distance (PCA-MD) statistical methods for the treatment of the test data and quality trend analysis. The results showed that: (1) The samples of C brand five batches of tobacco can be divided into five categories, and the contents of the characteristic components of tobacco shreds fluctuated greatly between 2015 and 2016. Fifty volatile characteristic components Content is basically the same, only slight fluctuations in August. The trend is consistent with the adjustment of tobacco formula. (2) The content of characteristic components in C and D brand tobacco samples in 2015 is quite different, which indicates that PCA can be used to qualitatively describe the quality characteristics of different brands. (3) The Mahalanobis distance between C and D brand tobacco samples is larger, and the Mahalanobis distance of D brand is 5 to 10 times of that of C brand, which indicates that the quality fluctuation of cigarette tobacco can be quantitatively characterized by Mahalanobis distance. The results of this study can be used to evaluate the homogenization of cigarette products.
