乏汽直接排放不仅给安全生产带来隐患,而且外排乏汽的潜能未被利用,既浪费能源和水资源,又对环境造成影响。本文通过结合北方炼化装置的热水伴热系统,利用伴热水作为冷源将乏汽回收利用,成功将北方某炼化企业脱硫车间的外排乏汽进行回收,回收的潜热和乏汽凝结水均利用于热水伴热系统。节能效果显著。
The direct discharge of spent steam not only poses a potential safety hazard, but also the potential for excretion of steam is not utilized. This not only consumes energy and water but also affects the environment. In this paper, combined with the hot water heating system of the North Refining and Chemical Plant, the use of hot water as a cold source to recycle the spent steam, the successful recovery of the exhaust gas from the desulfurization plant in a North Refining and Chemical Plant, the recovery of latent heat and lack of steam Condensate are used for hot water heating system. Energy-saving effect is remarkable.
