通过对岩层移动的现场观测,建立了综放采场坚硬顶板控制的悬梁模型及其数值模型,运用有限元法分析了坚硬顶板不同来压步距对硬顶煤的压裂效应,并确定了合理的支架阻力,从而对坚硬顶板进行有效的控制,达到消除坚硬顶板对采场的冲击隐患、保证采场矿压对坚硬顶煤的有效压裂及提高顶煤回收率之目的。
Through the on-site observation of rock movement, the cantilever beam model and its numerical model for the control of hard roof in fully mechanized caving mining are established, and the fracturing effect on hard top coal with different pressure steps is analyzed by finite element method. Reasonable support resistance, so as to effectively control the hard roof, to eliminate the impact of hard roof hidden danger of stope, to ensure that the stope mine pressure on the effective top coal fracturing and improve the top coal recovery purposes.
