纳米技术是在纳米尺度理解、控制和操纵物质世界的一项科学技术,是二十世纪末发展起来的一项新兴技术,目前已广泛应用在化工、材料、医药、食品以及能源等领域。并给人们带来了巨大的经济效益。然而,作为一种全新的高科技技术,人们对纳米技术的探讨尚不够成熟,需要人们对其进行更深层次的研究。本文主要是对纳米技术在食品科学中的应用情况进行分析探讨,并提出相应的观点。
Nanotechnology is a science and technology that comprehends, controls and manipulates the material world at the nanometer scale. It is an emerging technology developed at the end of the 20th century and has been widely used in the fields of chemical industry, materials, medicine, food and energy. And brought great economic benefits to people. However, as a new high-tech, people are not yet mature enough to discuss nanotechnology and need people to carry out further research on it. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the application of nanotechnology in food science and puts forward corresponding views.
