后进生是任何时候都不可能消除的教育现象,它时时困绕着每一位教师的教学活动。如果后进生问题处理得不好,它将直接影响着教育教学质量的提高,影响着全面提高人口素质的大局。后进生的成因是多方面的:有家庭的、有社会的、有智力方面的,也有非智力方面的、有先天的、也有后天的。但大部分后进生都是后天形成的。笔者结合多年的初中数学教学工作的体会,就后天形成的后进生问题谈谈看法:
Post-graduation is an educational phenomenon that can not be eliminated at any time. It is always surrounded by every teacher’s teaching activities. If the post-graduation problem is not handled well, it will directly affect the improvement of education and teaching quality, affecting the overall situation of improving the quality of the population. The cause of post-graduation is multifaceted: there are family, social, intellectual and non-intellectual aspects, both innate and acquired. But most of the students are acquired form the day after tomorrow. The author combines many years of experience in junior high school mathematics teaching work, on the formation of the acquired problem talk about:
