随着社会经济的持续发展,大批青壮年劳动力离开乡村进城务工或外出务工,便产生了留守儿童这一特殊的未成年群体。这些学生,大多由祖父母、外祖父母或其它亲戚监护,在教育上或多或少存在着缺失,在日常行为上也表现出很多不良倾向。针对这一情况,我校班主任深入了解留守儿童的相关情况,分析其特点和成因,就留守儿童中如何发挥班主任的作用进行研究。主要成果如下:一、建立健全机制,发挥班主任的主角作用首先,班主任要制定具体详细的留守儿童教育工作计划和工作方案。配合学校大力营造关爱留守儿童教育
