制备了5组不同La含量的AZ91合金试样,经时效处理后,通过硬度测试和拉伸实验测量不同La含量AZ91合金的力学性能。结果表明,随着La含量的增加,AZ91合金的综合力学性能有先增强后减弱的趋势;构建了BP神经网络模型来研究La含量对AZ91合金的力学性能的影响,采用BP神经网络预测的结果精度高,误差均小于2%,这说明采用BP神经网络的方式可为改善AZ91合金的力学性能提供帮助。
Five AZ91 alloy samples with different La contents were prepared. After aging treatment, the mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy with different La contents were measured by hardness test and tensile test. The results show that with the increase of La content, the comprehensive mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy tend to increase firstly and then weaken. The BP neural network model is constructed to study the influence of La content on the mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy. The results of BP neural network prediction The accuracy and error are less than 2%, which shows that using BP neural network can improve the mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy.
