层析技术又称色谱技术、色层技术,该技术可用于定性、定量和纯化某些物质,具有分辨率高、灵敏度高、选择性好的特点,在各学科领域广泛应用。层析法的种类很多,但其原理一致,即都是利用混合物各组分的理化性质(吸附力、分子形状大小、极性、亲和力、分配系数等)的差异,使各组分以不同程度分布在固定相和流动相,从而以不同速度移动而达到分离的目的[1]。医学院校的生物化学实验教学中开设层析实验,要求学生掌握该技术的原理及用途,学会应用
