竞合理论研究的主流范式是以契约为竞合关系建构基础,“非正式契约”对“正式契约”的替代是现有理论边界。基于“契约强度”与“竞合意愿”维度,竞合可分为契约性竞合、超契约性竞合及非契约性竞合三个层次。基于隔离机制的竞合辨证,突破了现有竞合的“合”思维与“合”境界,将竞合研究推升至管理哲学高度。从契约性到非契约性的竞合演进,改变了对竞合的已有认知,突破了理论的现有边界,对竞合研究的未来展望与创新提供了借鉴。
The main paradigm of competing theoretical research is based on the construction of contract-competing relations. The alternative of informal contract to the formal contract is the existing theoretical boundary. Based on the dimensions of contractual strength and willingness to cooperate, competitions can be divided into three levels: contractual competing, ultra-contractual competing and non-contractual competing. Based on the separation mechanism, the competing evidence and syndrome differentiation broke through the competition and integration of the existing competition and pushed competition research to the management philosophy. From contractual to non-contractual co-evolution, the existing understanding of co-opetitive has been changed, the current boundary of theory has been broken, and the reference for the future prospect and innovation of co-opetition research has been provided.
