研究了重组人肿瘤坏死因子α衍生物3a(recombinanttumornecrosisfactoralphaderivative3a,rh-TNFαD3a)对多种肿瘤细胞株的体外直接杀伤作用。结果表明,rh-TNFαD3a在极低浓度下即能在体外对多种肿瘤细胞发挥明显的直接细胞毒作用,其对L929(小鼠成纤维细胞系),Ehrlich(小鼠腹水癌细胞),Lewis(小鼠肺癌细胞),SMMC7721(人肝细胞癌),S180(小鼠肉瘤细胞),K562(人红白血病细胞)和U937(人单核细胞性白血病细胞)的半数杀伤浓度分别为6.33,8.04,16.42,38.21,43.21,96.21和276.31pg/ml。
The direct killing effect of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor alpha derivative 3a (rh-TNFαD3a) on various tumor cell lines was studied in vitro. The results showed that rh-TNFαD3a can exert a significant direct cytotoxic effect on a variety of tumor cells in vitro at a very low concentration, against L929 (mouse fibroblast cell line), Ehrlich (mouse ascites carcinoma cells), Lewis (Mice lung cancer cells), SMMC7721 (human hepatocellular carcinoma), S180 (mouse sarcoma cells), K562 (human erythroleukemia cells) and U937 (human mononuclear leukemia cells) half-kill concentrations were 6.33 , 8.04, 16.42, 38.21, 43.21, 96.21 and 276.31 pg/ml.
