当前警察院校的警务实训教学尚存在重视不够和方法创新不足的问题。应充分开发利用专业课程资源,以公安实战要求为导向,构建起分阶段、多层次、模块化、实战型的警务实训教学新模式。从不断改善校内实训条件,明确实训培养目标,坚持理论与实训相结合,培养“双师型”教师队伍等方面入手,提升警务实训教学水平。 At present, policing teaching in police academies still lacks the problems of inadequate attention and methodological innovation. We should fully exploit and utilize professional curriculum resources and take the practical requirements of public security as a guide, so as to build a new model of police practice teaching in stages, levels, modularization and actual combat. From the continuous improvement of school training conditions, clear training objectives, adhere to the combination of theory and training, training “double teacher ” teachers and other aspects of the team to enhance the level of police training.
