以大丽花嫩芽为外植体进行了组织培养的研究。结果表明:在培养基MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA诱导顶芽生长和腋芽萌发最适宜。萌发的不定芽在增殖培养基上诱导增殖,在培养基MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA上增殖效果最好,增殖系数达6.4,且不定芽生长健壮。茎段比叶片更容易诱导出愈伤组织,最高诱导率为50%,所用培养基为MS+0.2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/L2,4-D。最适宜的生根培养基为不加任何激素的MS培养基。
Dahlia buds were used as explants for tissue culture research. The results showed that MS + 0.5mg / L 6-BA + 0.1mg / L NAA induced the optimum buds and apical buds. Adventitious buds were induced to proliferate on proliferation medium, and the proliferation was the best in culture medium MS + 0.5mg / L 6-BA + 0.1mg / L NAA, the proliferation coefficient was 6.4, and the adventitious bud grew robustly. The stem segments were more likely to induce callus than the leaves with the highest induction rate of 50%. The medium used was MS + 0.2 mg / L 6-BA + 0.5 mg / L 2,4-D. The most suitable rooting medium is MS without any hormone.
