事业单位作为我国重要的公共服务部门,关系着社会的稳定、经济的发展。近些年来随着我国国民经济的稳固提升,我国事业单位也得到了突飞猛进的发展,事业单位的人力资源管理工作越发重要。事业单位要想在社会新形势下获得稳定的发展,就必须做好人力资源管理工作,不断引进高素质、高水平的人力资源人才,确保事业单位人力资源的改善。本文就目前我国事业单位人力资源管理的现状,提出了几点建议。
As an important public service department in our country, public institutions have a bearing on social stability and economic development. In recent years, with the steady upgrading of our national economy, our institutions have also enjoyed rapid development. The management of human resources in public institutions is increasingly important. In order to achieve stable development in the new social situation, public institutions must do a good job in human resources management and constantly introduce high-quality and high-caliber human resources talents to ensure the improvement of human resources in public institutions. This article puts forward some suggestions on the current situation of human resource management in public institutions in our country.
