为提高气袋建模的效率,实现自动建模,研究了外形和折叠方式复杂的乘员侧“三维”安全气袋建模方法。运用了初始矩阵法(IMM)进行建模。在IMM建模过程中从映射网格得到参考网格的一种映射算法,并通过编程实现了这一算法。结果表明:这种算法可以部分地实现自动建模,有效地减少建模的时间,提高所得到有限元网格的均匀性。用算例对建模的过程和映射算法进行了验证。
In order to improve the efficiency of airbag modeling and realize the automatic modeling, the modeling method of the side “three-dimensional ” airbag with complex shape and folding method was studied. The initial matrix method (IMM) is used for modeling. In the IMM modeling process, a mapping algorithm of the reference grid is obtained from the mapping grid, and the algorithm is implemented through programming. The results show that this algorithm can partially realize automatic modeling, effectively reduce the modeling time and improve the uniformity of the obtained finite element mesh. An example is used to verify the modeling process and mapping algorithm.
