国有煤矿企业的经营环境近年来总体形势是不容乐观的。这有外部环境的影响,同行之间以及与国外煤矿企业的竞争日趋激烈;也有内部因素的影响,煤矿企业内部管理和经营不善,也是导致国有煤矿企业发展出现困难和问题的重要因素。本文针对国有煤矿企业当前在人力资源管理方面存在的突出问题为切入点,以改革创新为主线,探讨了加强和改进国有煤矿企业人力资源管理的对策,目的在于抛砖引玉,共同促进国有煤矿企业跨越式发展。
