当前关于企业节能技术决策驱动因素研究相对较少,尤其很少关注企业创新行为对于节能技术决策的影响。本研究基于2009年中国制造业创新调查数据,在企业微观层面探讨了企业创新,包括产品创新、工艺创新和管理创新对企业节能技术决策的影响。结果表明,企业的创新行为,包括产品创新、工艺创新和管理创新均会对企业节能技术决策产生积极影响;企业能耗成本的差异会进一步调节企业创新行为与节能技术决策之间的关系,能耗成本高的企业在创新过程中更倾向于选择节能技术。从企业管理的角度来看,企业创新行为与节能技术投资行为根本目标相一致。对政策制定者来说,为更好地推动中国制造业节能,政府应当同时积极采取措施推动企业创新,尤其是管理创新。
At present, there are relatively few research on the drivers of energy-saving technology decision-making in enterprises, with particular emphasis on the impact of enterprise innovation behavior on energy-saving technology decision-making. Based on the survey data of China’s manufacturing innovation in 2009, this study explores the impact of enterprise innovation, including product innovation, process innovation and management innovation, on enterprise energy-saving technology decision-making at the micro-level of the enterprise. The results show that the innovation behavior of enterprises, including product innovation, process innovation and management innovation, will all have a positive impact on the decision-making of energy-saving technologies in enterprises. The difference of energy costs will further adjust the relationship between innovation behavior and decision- High-cost enterprises in the innovation process more likely to choose energy-saving technologies. From the perspective of business management, corporate innovation behavior and energy-saving technology investment behavior consistent with the fundamental goal. For policy-makers, in order to better promote energy conservation in China’s manufacturing industry, the government should also actively take measures to promote business innovation, especially management innovation.
