截形叶螨是我国农作物和园艺作物上的重大害螨,生产上主要依赖化学药剂进行防治。本文采用玻片浸渍法测定了不同杀螨剂对截形叶螨的毒力,研究了在杀螨剂中加入有机硅喷雾助剂后对其毒力的影响。结果表明,阿维菌素和氧苦·内酯对截形叶螨雌成螨的LC_(50)值分别为0.0018 mg/L和0.026 mg/L,毒力显著高于其它供试杀螨剂。在虫螨腈中加入0.1%有机硅助剂倍效或杰效利后,对截形叶螨雌成螨的室内毒力分别提高5.62倍和1.91倍;而且减少虫螨腈药量25%、并加入0.1%浓度的助剂混合喷施盆栽茄子上截形叶螨时,能够达到与虫螨腈单独喷施时的防治效果。研究结果可对生产上截形叶螨的药剂防治提供科学依据及重要指导。
Truncated spider mite is a major pest mites on crops and horticultural crops in China, the production mainly rely on chemical agents for prevention and treatment. In this paper, the slides dipping method was used to determine the virulence of different acaricides on Tetranychus urticae. The effects of the addition of silicone spray aids on their virulence were studied. The results showed that the LC 50 values of abamectin and oxymatrine on female mites of T. gondii were 0.0018 mg / L and 0.026 mg / L, respectively, and their toxicity was significantly higher than that of other tested acaricides . After addition of 0.1% organosilicon compound or citrinin to ciclofenac, the indoor toxicity to female mites increased by 5.62 folds and 1.91 folds respectively; and the dosage of acaricide was reduced by 25% And adding 0.1% concentration of auxiliaries mixed spraying potted eggplant Tetranychus urticae, to achieve and spraying mites mite when spraying alone control effect. The results can provide scientific basis and important guidance for the prevention and treatment of truncated spider mite on the production.
