目的探讨补肾通络疏肝方在阴茎勃起中发挥作用的机制。方法将40只成年雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、去势组、补肾通络疏肝方组与丙酸睾酮组。后3组分别切除双侧睾丸,其中补肾通络疏肝方组和丙酸睾酮组在切除睾丸后给予中药及丙酸睾酮替代治疗,于术后3周取阴茎组织,用PCR检测其转化生长因子β(TGF-β)的基因表达。结果去势组TGF-βmRNA的表达较其他3组增强,而表现TGF-βmRNA减弱的组,由少到多排序为对照组、丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络疏肝方组;对照组、丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络疏肝方组TGF-βmRNA内控量较少,与去势组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络疏肝方组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论补肾通络疏肝方可能通过调节TGF-βmRNA表达而在阴茎勃起中发挥重要作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Bushen Tonglu Shugan decoction in penile erection. Methods Forty adult male rats were randomly divided into control group, castrated group, Bushen Tongluo Shugan Fang group and testosterone propionate group. After the testis was given, the rats were given traditional Chinese medicine and testosterone propionate replacement therapy. The penile tissues were taken 3 weeks after the operation, and the growth of the testis was detected by PCR Gene expression of factor β (TGF-β). Results The expression of TGF-βmRNA in the castration group was enhanced compared with the other three groups, and the group with less TGF-βmRNA expression was the control group, the testosterone propionate group and the Bushen Tongluo Shugan Fang group. The control group, C There were no significant differences in TGF-β mRNA expression between the testosterone group and Bushen Tongluo Shugan Recipe group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the testosterone group and Bushen Tongluo Shugan Recipe group Significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Bushen Tongluoshugan decoction may play an important role in penile erection by regulating the expression of TGF-βmRNA.
