目的观察以“通补法”立法的通脉大生片对肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠子宫组织形态学的变化,探讨通补法治疗肾虚排卵障碍不孕的机制。方法建立肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠模型,根据大鼠阴道涂片的结果,筛选造模成功大鼠,随机分为6组,分别为模型组,通脉大生片高剂量组(简称通高组),通脉大生片中剂量组(简称通中组),通脉大生片低剂量组(简称通低组),右归丸组,来曲唑组,另设正常组,于大鼠第80日龄,对各组大鼠分别进行相应药物干预,灌胃5周后处死动物,取子宫组织制成病理切片,在光镜和电镜下观察。结果光镜和电镜下,通脉大生片各组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较,子宫有不同程度的恢复(P<0.05),通高组效果最好,与正常组比较,结果无差异(P>0.05)。结论通脉大生片对促进肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠子宫的发育作用是肯定的,其组织形态学变化为通脉大生片治疗肾虚排卵障碍不孕症提供了客观基础和理论支持。
Objective To observe the changes of uterine morphology of rats with kidney deficiency and ovulation dysfunction induced by Tongmaishengchong tablet with legislation of Tongbuseashe and to discuss the mechanism of Tongfu therapy for treating infertility with renal dysfunction of ovulation. Methods The rat model of infertility with renal dysfunction of ovulation was established. According to the result of vaginal smear in rats, the rats were screened and divided into 6 groups at random: model group, Tongmaishengsheng high dose group ), Tongmaishengsan medium dose group (Tongzhong group), Tongmaishengsheng low dose group (Tongzong low group), Youguiwan group and letrozole group, and another normal group. The rats were sacrificed at 5 days. The animals were sacrificed 5 weeks after gavage. The uterus was used to make pathological sections and observed under light and electron microscope. Results Under light microscope and electron microscope, the rats of Tongmaisashenglian group were recovered to some extent (P <0.05) compared with the model group rats, and the best effect of Tonggao group was the best. Compared with the normal group, the results were not different P> 0.05). Conclusion Tongmaishengsheng tablet can promote the development of the uterus of infertile rats with renal dysfunction of ovulation. The morphological changes of Tongmaishengsheng Tablet provide objective basis and theoretical support for the treatment of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and ovulation by Tongmaishengsheng Tablet.
