一、认识标准重要性提高产品可靠性电子设备中元器件的热可靠性能与元器件的表面温度T有关,一般说来,温度越高,可靠性愈低。因此降低元器件的表面温度是提高元器件可靠性的重要保证。我国广大科技工作者在主管部门的布署下,制订了能够降低功率元器件表面温度的一些散热器标准,供功率晶体管、可控硅、塑封器件、集成电路块散热选用。主要标准有《叉指形散热器》(GB7423.3—87)、《型材散热器》(GB7423.2—87)、《电力半导体器件用散热器》(GB8446.
