本文针对抱轴箱中存在的砂眼、裂纹、缩孔等铸造质量问题,介绍了改变浇注系统、滚圆法设计冒口补贴等工艺手段。试验结果表明,这些改进工艺不但提高了机车的行驶安全,同时也带来了经济效益。
In this paper, for the problems of casting quality such as trachoma, cracks and shrinkage cavities in the axlebox, the technological methods such as changing the casting system and spheronizing to design riser subsidy are introduced. The test results show that these improvements not only improve the locomotive driving safety, but also bring economic benefits.
