目的:研究息风止痛颗粒对麻醉犬脑血流动力学和小鼠微循环影响。方法:将30只犬随机分为5组,十二指肠给药,用电磁流量计和生物医学信号采集处理系统检测颈内动脉血流量和动脉血压,并计算脑血流量和脑血管阻力。尾静脉注射肾上腺素复制急性血瘀模型,检测微动脉、微静脉口径和血流速度。结果:息风止痛颗粒高剂量(4.64g生药/kg)能显著增加麻醉犬给药60min的脑血流量、降低脑血管阻力,降低收缩压和舒张压(P<0.05,P<0.01)。高、中剂量组(22.62g生药/kg、11.31g生药/kg)能扩张耳廓微动脉和尾静脉口径,增加血流速度(P<0.01)。结论:息风止痛颗粒改善脑血流动力学指标,降低血压,改善微循环。
Objective: To study the effect of Zifengzhitong Granule on cerebral hemodynamics and microcirculation in anesthetized dogs. Methods: Thirty dogs were randomly divided into five groups. The animals were administered duodenum. The internal carotid artery blood flow and arterial blood pressure were measured by electromagnetic flowmeter and biomedical signal acquisition and processing system. Cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance were calculated. Adrenal injection of tail vein injection of acute blood stasis model, detection of arteriolar, venule diameter and blood flow velocity. Results: High dose of 4.78g crude drug / kg could significantly increase cerebral blood flow, decrease cerebral vascular resistance and decrease systolic and diastolic pressure (P <0.05, P <0.01). The high and middle dose groups (22.62g crude drug / kg, 11.31g crude drug / kg) can dilate the diameter of the auricle and caudal vein to increase the blood flow velocity (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xifengzhitong Granule can improve cerebral hemodynamics, lower blood pressure and improve microcirculation.
