采用反相高效液相色谱法和原子吸收光谱法对不同产地的31件延胡索药材的两种叔胺生物碱(延胡索甲素和乙素)和8种常见金属元素(Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Ni,Sr,Pb和Cd)的含量进行了测定。通过统计回归分析发现:药材中延胡索甲素的含量与Fe,Zn,Mn和Zn/Cu比具有明显的相关关系(r=0.7702,P<0.01);延胡索乙素与Fe含量呈正相关(r=0.5051,P<0.01);胡延索甲素与乙素的相关性为(r=0.6503,P<0.01)。延胡索经炮制后,Fe含量明显增加,生物碱含量稍有变化,其它元素含量变化不大。以上结果表明中药延胡索的活性可能是有机成份与金属元素相互作用的结果

The above results indicate that the activity of Corydalis yanhusuo may be the result of the interaction between organic components and metal elements.
