应用紊流三维数学模型模拟内燃式热风炉内冷风在格子砖柱中的分布,讨论了加设不同高度的竖直导流板对气流分布的影响.结果表明,通过在支柱空腔内加设竖直导流板可以抑制主流股正对前方的边缘气流,使主流股在整个畜热室断面上展开而不形成大的回旋流;若竖直导流板位置向下,则边缘气流减弱,中心气流加强,反之,边缘气流加强,中心气流卷吸加强;单独用竖直导流板不可能很好地实现冷风在格子砖内的均匀分布
The three-dimensional turbulence mathematical model was used to simulate the distribution of cold wind in the lattice-type brick in the internal combustion hot blast stove. The influence of vertical baffles with different heights on the gas flow distribution was discussed. The results show that by adding a vertical baffle in the cavity of the strut, it is possible to restrain the main stream from flowing towards the front edge and to spread the main stream over the entire livestock chamber without forming a large swirling flow.
