用声发射、定量金相等方法研究了室温单向压缩条件下,18Cr2Ni4WA用碳氮共渗层中残余奥氏体发生的形变诱发马氏体相变动力学,推导出相变动力学方程并用定量金相测定结果加以验证,结果表明,共渗层中残余奥氏体在形变过程中发生马氏体相变,在弹性应力范围内仅形成少量应力协助马氏体,塑变开始后,才发生明显的应变诱发马氏体相变。
The deformation induced martensitic transformation kinetics of residual austenite in 18Cr2Ni4WA for carbonitrided layer under room temperature uniaxial compression was studied by acoustic emission and quantitative gold method.
