改革开放30多年来,我国高职院校人力资源管理建设开创新局面,取得前所未有的成绩。但是,新形势和新任务对高职院校人力资源管理激励提出了更高的要求,使其面临严峻挑战。因此,必须牢固树立以人为本的管理理念,改革完善人力资源管理激励制度,构建科学有效的绩效考评机制,促进高职院校人力资管理激励工作迈上新台阶。
Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the human resources management in our higher vocational colleges has created a new situation and achieved unprecedented achievements. However, the new situation and new tasks have set higher requirements for human resources management incentives in higher vocational colleges, putting them in serious challenges. Therefore, we must firmly establish a people-oriented management philosophy, reform and improvement of human resources management incentive system, build a scientific and effective performance evaluation mechanism, to promote higher vocational colleges human resources management incentive work to a new level.
