建立了牛肉冻干粉中阿维菌素标准样品的研制和定值方法。在饲料中加入阿维菌素,连续饲喂牛4 d,使阿维菌素在牛体内代谢,从而使牛肉中含有一定浓度的阿维菌素,经冻干、真空干燥等处理后获得1批586个独立包装的牛肉冻干粉标准样品。用液相色谱串联质谱法对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检测,通过8家实验室协作定值的方式对标准样品进行定值和不确定度评估,最终确定阿维菌素的标准值为(13.5±2.2)μg/kg。该标准样品的均匀性良好,稳定性可达24个月,可用于牛肉中阿维菌素残留分析质量控制。
