对12%己唑醇·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂测定方法进行了研究。采用高效液相色谱法分析己唑醇·吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。高效液相色谱分析己唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯测定的标准偏差分别为0.05和0.06,变异系数分别为0.96%和0.82%,平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.3%。这种方法具有简便、快捷、精密度和准确度高的特点。
The method of determination of 12% hexaconazole pyraclostrobin was studied. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water with C18 reversed-phase column and ultraviolet variable wavelength detector. For analysis and quantification. The standard deviation of the determination of hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin by HPLC was 0.05 and 0.06, respectively. The coefficients of variation of hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin were 0.96% and 0.82%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.4% and 99.3%, respectively. This method is simple, fast, precise and accurate.
