为确定航空复杂装备协同研制中不同供应商的参与模式,根据主制造商研制的信息积累过程,提出知识累积函数,考虑供应商的依赖度与协同度,提出设计返工函数来形式化供应商研制的返工进程,在此基础上,建立供应商参与协同研制模型,通过构造考虑研制时间和研制成本的全局收益变量,对供应商最优参与时间及其与主制造商的信息交流次数问题进行研究,得出不同供应商最优参与模式的判定条件,最后通过算例验证该结论的适用性,为航空复杂装备的研制提供参考。
In order to determine the participation mode of different suppliers in collaborative development of complex aviation equipment, according to the information accumulation process developed by the main manufacturer, a knowledge accumulation function is proposed to consider the dependence and coordination degree of suppliers, and a design rework function is proposed to formalize the supplier development On the basis of this, we establish a model of supplier participation in collaborative development and study the optimal supplier participation time and the number of times of information exchange with the main manufacturer by constructing a global income variable that considers the development time and development cost Finally, the validity of this conclusion is verified by an example to provide a reference for the development of complex aviation equipment.
