我们在合成具有2,6—二氧杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷骨架的内醚糖时,曾经制得了一系列的2—O—苯甲基—D—木呋喃甲基甙的衍生物,国内外尚未见到有关其结构研究的报道。对于这些衍生物的结构测定,仅采用元素分析的手段,尚不足以证实它们的结构组成,因此我们又对其红外光谱和质谱作了进一步的测试,为确定这些未知物的分子量和结构式提供了更加可靠的依据。制得的2—O—苯甲基—D—木呋喃甲基甙的衍生物有:2—0—苯甲基—3,5—O—异亚丙基—α—D—木呋喃甲基甙Ⅱ_A,2—O—苯甲基—α—D—木呋喃甲基甙Ⅲ_A,2—O—苯
We have produced a series of derivatives of 2-O-benzyl-D-furanylmethyl glycosides in the synthesis of the neul ethers with a 2,6-dioxabicyclo [3.2.0] heptane skeleton , At home and abroad have not yet seen the report on the structure of the study. For the structural determination of these derivatives, only the elemental analysis method is not enough to confirm their structural composition, so we have further tested their infrared spectra and mass spectra, to determine the molecular weight and structural formula of these unknowns More reliable basis.
