采用具有防水透气、导热性低、高反射率和低辐射率等特点的特卫强(Tyvek)白色无纺布,在重庆地区柑桔中熟品种椪柑Citrus reticulata‘Ponkan’、纽荷尔脐橙Citrus sinensis‘Newhall’和晚熟品种塔罗科血橙Citrus sinensis‘Tarocco’的果实发育中后期分别进行不同程度的地面覆盖处理[全覆盖、半覆盖和不覆盖(对照)],并在覆盖后不同时期测定树冠上部和下部果实的内外品质。结果表明,地面覆盖主要通过降低果面色泽指数b值,使综合色泽指数a/b值升高,从而对纽荷尔脐橙和塔罗科血橙有促进着色的作用,对椪柑的作用稍逊;此外,对树冠下部果实着色的改善程度大于上部果实。地面覆盖通过促进果实降酸,有促进果实成熟和改善果实风味的作用。半覆盖存在降低果实可溶性固形物的风险,建议生产上采用全覆盖。
