以我国294位职业经理人作为研究样本,利用层次回归分析,不仅探讨了工作家庭冲突对主观幸福感的影响机制,还探讨了社会支持在工作家庭冲突影响主观幸福感的过程中所起的调节作用。结果表明:工作家庭冲突对职业经理人的主观幸福感产生负向影响,社会支持在工作家庭冲突影响职业经理人主观幸福感的过程中起着负向调节作用。
Using 294 professional managers in our country as the research sample, using the hierarchical regression analysis, we not only explored the impact mechanism of working-family conflict on subjective well-being, but also discussed the regulation of social support in the process of working-family conflict affecting subjective well-being effect. The results show that the conflict between work and family has a negative impact on the subjective well-being of professional managers, and social support plays a negative regulatory role in the process of working-family conflicts affecting the subjective well-being of professional managers.
