研究了硅酸镍矿的矿石结构构造、矿物种类及工艺矿物学,进行了常规离析试验,在此基础上提出了新的离析试验方案。在磁选新技术中采用了一种类似于磨矿机的新的离析炉,试验得出综合最佳试验条件:氯化剂用量26%,炭粉用量6%,助剂添加量2%,离析温度750℃,离析时间35 min。在最佳试验条件下可以得到Ni品位为7.66%、Co品位为0.53%、Ni回收率为87.56%、Co回收率78.46%的镍钴混合精矿。
The ore structure, mineral species and process mineralogy of nickel silicate ore were studied, and the conventional segregation test was carried out. Based on this, a new isolation test program was proposed. In the new magnetic separation technology, a new separation furnace similar to the grinding machine was adopted. The optimum experimental conditions were obtained: 26% chlorination agent, 6% carbon powder, 2% auxiliary agent, Segregation temperature of 750 ℃, the separation time of 35 min. Under the optimal experimental conditions, Ni-Co mixed concentrate with Ni grade of 7.66%, Co grade of 0.53%, Ni recovery of 87.56% and Co recovery of 78.46% can be obtained.
