社会科学自诞生以来便产生了人文主义与实证主义两种不同的方法论取向,但行政管理学作为社会科学,在方法论体系的建构上面一直处于“重人文、轻实证”的状态。本文归纳总结了实证主义方法论在行政管理学研究中的缺位原因,探索了实证主义在行政管理学研究中的应用方法,为行政管理学的方法论体系构建提供了新的理论,为人文主义和实证主义在行政管理学中的融合开拓了新的视角。
Since its birth, the social sciences have produced two different methodological orientations of humanism and positivism. However, as a social science, administrative science has always been in the state of “valuing humanity and positivism” in the construction of a methodology system. This article summarizes the reasons for the absence of positivist methodology in the study of administrative management, explores the application of positivism in the study of administrative management, provides a new theory for the methodology construction of administrative management, The integration of positivism in administrative management opens up a new perspective.
