目的:研究比较液电和电磁波源碎石机两种碎石治疗方式对肾功能的损害,对此两种碎石机碎石治疗可能存在的不同程度的肾功能损害进行评估。方法:对两组条件相近的肾结石患者分别进行液电、电磁波源碎石机碎石治疗,检测治疗前后尿酶(NAG、γ-GT)和尿β_2-MG的排泄。并运用one-way analysis of variance utilizingthe Student-Newman-Keuls test进行统计分析。结果:两组患者ESWL后尿NAG、γ-GT均显著升高,7天左右恢复至治疗前水平;两组患者碎石后尿β_2-MG显著升高,在第7天时有轻度升高,第15天降至正常,两种碎石机间所引起的尿酶、β_2-MG升高的程度没有统计学差异。结论:液电、电磁波源碎石机碎石治疗均能引起暂时性的急性肾功能损害,两者对肾功能的损害从尿酶的角度来看无显著的差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the damage of renal function between two lithotripsy methods of liquid crystal and electromagnetic source lithotripsy, and to evaluate the different degrees of renal dysfunction that may be existed in the two lithotripter lithotripsy. Methods: Two sets of renal calculi patients with similar conditions were treated with lithotripsy and lithotripsy respectively. The excretion of urease (NAG, γ-GT) and urinary β_2-MG before and after treatment were measured. And one-way analysis of variance utilizing the Student-Newman-Keuls test for statistical analysis. Results: Urine NAG and γ-GT of ESWL were significantly increased in both groups and recovered to the pre-treatment level after 7 days. The β_2-MG in the lithotripsy of the two groups was significantly increased and slightly elevated on the 7th day , And then dropped to normal on the 15th day. There was no significant difference in the increase of urease and β_2-MG caused by the two gravel machines. Conclusion: Both liquid and electromagnetic lithotripsy lithotripsy can cause temporary acute renal damage, and the damage of renal function to both of them has no significant difference from uremic point of view.
